Our client is looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager (m/f/d) (SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors) to support the HR/IT teams as soon as possible. Your tasks:
- You ensure stable operation and continuous development of the HR software landscape.
- You are responsible for the technical support of HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and their interfaces.
- You record requirements, advise specialist departments, and implement new and adapted functions and processes.
- You ensure smooth operations and coordinate daily business with internal departments and external partners.
- You manage external service providers and handle change management from an IT perspective.
- You plan and conduct tests for new features, integrations, and interfaces.
- You create and maintain comprehensive documentation on IT topics, change requests, and projects.

Requirements
• You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• You have more than five years of experience in the HR IT industry and in projects.
• You are characterized by an independent working style and are communicative and open to new topics.
• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, with a particular focus on SuccessFactors.
• You have a good understanding of IT architecture and processes, particularly in the integration of SuccessFactors, HCM, ERP, and other systems.
• You have experience in developing and implementing complex solutions in larger projects.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP (especially debugging) as well as in-depth knowledge of interface design and operation are an advantage.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
