About the Role
Location: Munich North or remote
Salary: up to €100,000 depending on qualifications
Contract type: Permanent position
Your responsibilities:
-You are responsible for the tracking systems, including consent management, for all digital touchpoints (e-commerce webshop and apps)
-You design and further develop the in-house tracking systems and KPI dashboards
-You actively support the digital product teams in optimizing the end customer experience and sales, through your own hypotheses and by helping to verify them through testing and analysis
-You monitor the market for tracking and analytics trends and ensure that the tracking of digital touchpoints is up to date (i.e., you are the evangelist for new tracking technologies)
-Additional tasks as required

Requirements
• In-depth expertise in web tracking, digital analytics, A/B testing, and the Customer Data Platform, including experience with designing data layers, creating tracking concepts and test setups, and implementing them.
• Experience with agile development methods within a cross-functional team, as well as experience with creating user stories for development teams.
• A high degree of self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently but also across teams.
• Sufficient practical experience with Google 360 (primarily Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, and Google Analytics), the Customer Data Platform (e.g., Tealium or Segment), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (SQL and BigQuery are advantageous).
