About the Role
Location: Munich North or remote
Salary: up to €100,000 depending on qualifications
Contract type: Permanent position
Your responsibilities:
- You are an integral part of a company-wide strategy using a data-driven approach to drive success and added value in the business units.
- You design and develop the existing and a new state-of-the-art data platform (data warehouse).
- You create the foundation for new insights for the continuous improvement of data-driven and automated decision-making processes for customers.
- You support your Business Intelligence & Data Science colleagues in implementing requirements from the self-service BI, predictive analytics, and machine learning environment.
- You enjoy creative freedom and technological freedom within the cloud infrastructure.
- You work with your colleagues to ensure the secure operation of the data platform services and processes.
- You continuously evaluate and implement potential for improvement, stability, and automation of the data platform.
- Additional tasks as required.

Requirements
• Appropriate experience in developing a data warehouse or data lake
• Very good SQL skills and experience in data modeling
• Willingness to try out and establish new technologies
• Knowledge of the Python programming language is an advantage
• Passion and enthusiasm for working with data
• Agile mindset and the desire to work in a self-organized team
• Openness to unconventional thinking and innovative topics
• Good German and very good English skills
