Location: Munich (City Center)
Salary: €70,000 - €110,000 depending on qualifications
Contract Type: Permanent
Your Responsibilities?
■ Analyze business processes in customer projects
■ Advise customers on process design
■ Analyze stakeholders
■ Participate in requirements engineering
■ Create business concepts and specifications as a basis for subsequent software development
■ At the business and technical level, you are responsible for selecting and defining suitable process documentation
■ Develop business cases for process changes, which you will verify and validate
■ Project management will also be part of your responsibilities

Requirements
What should you bring to the table as a Business Analyst (m/f/d)?
■ Do you have practical experience in business analysis?
■ As a professional, you should have 3-5 years of professional experience, and as a senior, 6-8 years!
■ Requirements engineering is important; you should be experienced in this area.
■ You have experience with user stories, methods, tools, and process models in the areas of
requirements engineering / business process reengineering / project management,
e.g., V-model, PM in SCRUM projects.
■ A software development process is no stranger to you.
■ Analytical/structured thinking skills.
■ Creative problem-solving skills.
■ High customer focus/strong communication skills.
■ Very good German skills (at least C1) - good English skills.
